Question. Map. Make. Check. Hand over.
Instead of achievements we cannot prove to you, here is the process and the checklist we use. Hold us to it.
1 · Question
A conversation about the problem, not the solution. We ask who it is for, what success looks like and what constraints are real (budget, time, existing systems).
2 · Map
We write a short map: the goal at the centre, the branches of work around it, and the questions still open. You review it before anything is built.
3 · Make
Work happens in small, visible steps. You see progress early, while changes are still cheap.
4 · Check
Each piece is checked against the criteria below — not against how it looks in a screenshot.
5 · Hand over
You receive the work, the decisions and the notes needed to look after it without us.
What “done” means here
Usable without us
Someone new can complete the main task without instructions.
Keyboard and screen reader
Main journeys work without a mouse; labels are real labels.
Small screens first
Checked at phone width, not squeezed from desktop.
Honest failure
Errors explain what happened and keep what the user typed.
Written down
Decisions, accounts and settings are recorded for the owner.
No claims we can’t back
We describe what we did, not results we cannot show.
